Now that many enterprises have rolled out Microsoft Teams to help newly-remote workers collaborate, it’s time to look at next step in the Teams voice journey: Transitioning your enterprise’s telephony from your legacy PBX to Teams Direct Routing. But, the migration may not be straightforward, and each enterprise is likely to have different needs. AudioCodes presents Launchpad: A Microsoft Teams Workshop Series.
In this workshop series, AudioCodes will help guide participants through Teams Voice discovery, integration, technical requirements needed to deploy your first Teams Voice users. Our Teams experts will guide you through each stage of planning, deployment and operations to deliver a successful implementation of your first Teams Voice users.
AudioCodes Launchpad is a guided class-like series, delivered by UC consultants to help those on their Teams voice journey. The academy is broken into major topic sessions where our consultant will discuss various experiences, to help navigate the many decisions and common questions that drive towards a successful implementation. While the sessions can be taken individually, we encourage you to register for all the sessions to get the most out of the series and be ready to successfully implement your first Teams Voice users.
Our approach is based on reality and building a working environment not just theory and discussion. Classes will result in consultative guidance, discussion, a short write up customized to the participants based on findings and assistance to help go from discovery, planning to deployment. Class graduates will be eligible for related outcomes at each stage to include deployment plans, pilot licenses, and devices making the Launchpad series, your single stop towards success.
The workshop series is designed to be interactive and best experienced in small groups. Due to this, the sessions have limited capacity. A Microsoft Teams meeting invitation will be forwarded to accepted participants.
We encourage you to register for all the sessions to get the most out of the series and be ready to successfully implement your first Teams Voice users.
