A Microsoft Teams Pilot will demonstrate the feasibility, operational functionality and capabilities of Microsoft Teams Voice. It is a process measured with key milestones and a functional success criteria which is agreed prior to the program commencing. In this session, we will provide guidance towards successful pilots, pilot scenarios, test plans and preparation for setting up a Direct Routing pilot.
