About this event

To realize the benefits of Teams, we must understand user requirements and how we expect use cases to relate to the user device needs. In this session we will work to establish user persona’s, voice and video device profiles, devices portfolio, meeting rooms overview and how to develop a devices strategy designed for each participant. We will provide key consideration to determine budget requirements, and user success specific to the culture of the company, work habits and types of users.

Outcomes: Participants will receive a device guide, 1 free AudioCodes C470HD IP phone device for testing and 1 Jabra Headset.

Scott Hornyak is a North America Strategic Alliance Manager at Jabra, a leading global developer and manufacturer of communications and audio solutions.

For almost 20 years, Scott has held IT sales, marketing, and technical engineering roles. Throughout his career, he has worked for and with industry leaders including Jabra, Ingram Micro, HP, Microsoft, IBM, Lenovo, and Ricoh. Scott takes pride in demystifying complicated technical challenges while sharing his passion for great technologies. He routinely and methodically diagnoses businesses needs and works with stakeholders to develop well refined solutions. Most recently, Scott worked with Jabra’s global accounts division, where he led successful, global, hardware deployment projects. As a Strategic Alliance Manager, he is responsible for developing partnerships and joint solutions between Jabra and key technology partners.
