To realize the benefits of Teams, we must understand user requirements and how we expect use cases to relate to the user device needs. In this session we will work to establish user persona’s, voice and video device profiles, devices portfolio, meeting rooms overview and how to develop a devices strategy designed for each participant. We will provide key consideration to determine budget requirements, and user success specific to the culture of the company, work habits and types of users.
